Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room and benefits from an ensuite bathroom and also has access to the private terrace. The second bedroom is a twin room and also has access to the terrace. The third bedroom is a tiwn room. All have hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathrooms - There are 2 full family bathrooms with bath and overhead shower. The ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath. There is also a separate shower room. The bathrooms are spacious with marble flooring and walls.

Lounge - The lounge is a very spacious room with large double doors that access the private terrace. There is a large corner settee and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also additional single chairs for dining or relaxing. This room benefits from Sky TV (free to air channels only) and hot and cold air conditioning.

Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and high quality. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - There is a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs and 2 sunloungers.

Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car. There is lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Coto Real is a superb resort that benefits from a large pool and expansive gardens.

Beach - The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 5 minute car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 25 minute walk away.

Golf - La Duquesa Golf is only a short car drive away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses are only a 10 minute drive away.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk. The Churinguito beach bars are a 25 minute walk away and serve fantastic fresh sea food, traditional Spanish cuisine and unlimited cold beer and sangria !

Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. The nearest bus stop is a 25 minute walk away although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months.

Car Hire - Car hire is highly recommended and essential for families with young children or people with limited walking ability.

Children - This is a family friendly resort as it is gated and has a large pool area, however there are limited local amenities in this quiet residential area.
