Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is a twin room with a small balcony. The master bedroom is a double room with direct access to the terrace and enjoys ensuite facilities. Both rooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathrooms - Both bathrooms are spacious and finished to an exceptional standard. The ensuite has a bath with overhead shower and is accessed via double doors and finished in marble which adds to the elegance of this luxurious apartment. The other is a shower room.
Lounge - The lounge is a light and spacious open plan room which is furnished to a high standard including leather sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs. This room benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, some English TV channels and direct access to the private terrace.
Kitchen - The kitchen is a spacious galley style kitchen with breakfast area. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Some of the appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a seperate utility room with iron and ironing board.
Outdoors - There is a large covered terrace which is accessed both from the lounge and the master bedroom. There is a dining table with 4 chairs making this area ideal for breakfast, lunch or evening meals. The views from the terrace are stunning. You look across the gardens and pool and then out to the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is South facing.
Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car and lift access to the apartment level. There is additional communal parking within the secure Los Granados grounds.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).
Resort facilities - Los Granados boasts incredible tropical gardens and a lagoon style swimming pool. In the summer months there are sunloungers and sunshades around the pool area. The development has 24 hour security.
Beach - Los Granados enjoys direct access to the beach. There is also an excellent "Chiringuito" beach bar and restaurant which serves superb fresh sea food.
Golf - La Duquesa Golf is the nearest golf course being only a 5 minute car drive away. Many excellent courses including Sotogrande, Dona Julia, Finca Cortesin and Valderama are within a 20 minute car drive.
Bars, Restaurants & Shops - All amenities are within a 10 minute "flat" walk from Los Granados including Puerto Duquesa marina. Within a 3 minute walk from the apartment is Los Hidalgos Commercial centre which has a restaurant, pizzeria, bar and 2 supermarkets.
Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. The taxi rank is a 10 minute walk and is located in Puerto Duquesa marina.
Car Hire - Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance on a "flat" level.
Children - This is a family friendly resort as it is gated, has a large pool area, is frontline beach and close to amenities. There is a lifeguard on duty during August and 24hr security throughout the year. The balcony on this 1st floor apartment has been made as child friendly as possible and has high railing around the balcony. Should you have any concerns please enquire at the time of booking.
