Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Bedrooms
- There are 3 spacious bedrooms comprising of 1 double bedroom and 2
twin rooms. The master bedroom benefits from a private balcony with
a table and 2 chairs where you can enjoy superb golf and sea views. |

Bathrooms
- The master bedroom boasts ensuite facilities with bath and
overhead shower. The family bathrooms is shared by the 2nd and 3rd
bedroom guests and has a bath with overhead shower. The guest toilet
is on the lower level. |

|
Lounge
- The open plan lounge dining room is modern and tastefully
furnished with a 6 seater dining table and spacious living area. The
lounge benefits from an open fire, plasma screen TV, Sky TV (free to
air channels only) and stereo. |

|
Kitchen-
The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron
and ironing board. |

Outdoors
- There is a large private garden and terrace which backs onto the
golf course. The golf views are stunning. There are sunloungers and
a outdoor dining table. The built in BBQ makes a wonderful asset to
the property to allow guests to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. |

Parking
- There is private parking in the driveway at the front of the
property |

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Villas del Golf is a gated frontline golf community of townhouses
which share a large communal pool and gardens. There are plenty of
sunloungers by the pool area and changing facilities. |

Beach
- The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 4 minute
car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 20
minute walk away. |
|
|
|
Golf -
La Duquesa Golf is only a very short car drive or 10 minute walk
away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern
and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course
and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club
house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in
the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses
are only a 10 minute drive away. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in
Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 20 minute walk.
The nearest bar and restaurant facilities are in La Duquesa Golf
which offers typical bar food. The Churinguito beach bars are a 20
minute walk away and serve fantastic fresh sea food, traditional
Spanish cuisine and unlimited cold beer and sangria ! |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. The nearest bus stop is a 15 minute walk away
although the time table is limited and especially in the winter
months. |
