| Bedrooms - There are 3 spacious bedrooms comprising of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. The master bedroom benefits from a private balcony with a table and 2 chairs where you can enjoy superb golf and sea views. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - The master bedroom boasts ensuite facilities with bath and overhead shower. The family bathrooms is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom guests and has a bath with overhead shower. The guest toilet is on the lower level. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lounge - The open plan lounge dining room is modern and tastefully furnished with a 6 seater dining table and spacious living area. The lounge benefits from an open fire, plasma screen TV, Sky TV (free to air channels only) and stereo. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. | Beach - The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 4 minute car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 20 minute walk away. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Golf - La Duquesa Golf is only a very short car drive or 10 minute walk away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses are only a 10 minute drive away. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 20 minute walk. The nearest bar and restaurant facilities are in La Duquesa Golf which offers typical bar food.
