Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be

Accommodation

Bedrooms
- There are 3 large bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a
double bed and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are twin rooms. All beds
have mosquito nets. |

Bathrooms
- The master bedroom boasts ensuite facilities with bath and
overhead shower. The family bathroom has a shower unit. There is a
seperate guest toilet on the lower level. |
|
|
|
Lounge
- The lower floor is completely open plan and has a bright an modern
lounge and dining room seating 6 people. The open fire and hot and
cold air conditioning give the property a wonderful homely feeling
and make guests comfortable throughout the year. There is also Sky
TV (free to air channels only) and a DVD player. The lounge has
direct access to the private garden. |

Kitchen
- The open plan kitchen area is fully equipped with
washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster,
kettle, iron and ironing board. |

|
Outdoors
- The property has a private south facing garden on a corner plot
with 3 sunloungers and garden chairs. The garden is not enclosed and
provides easy access to the communal gardens and pool area. |

|
Parking
- There are 2 off-road private parking spaces outside the
development. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Amenities |

Resort facilities
- Torres del Golf is a small community of only a few townhouses
which share a communal pool and gardens. The gated community is
small and has open views to the countryside. |
|
|
|
Beach
- The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 4 minute
car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 20
minute walk away. |
|
|
|
Golf -
La Duquesa Golf is only a very short car drive or 15 minute walk
away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern
and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course
and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club
house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in
the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses
are only a 10 minute drive away. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in
Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute
walk. The nearest bar and restaurant facilities are in La Duquesa
Golf which offers typical bar food. The Churinguito beach bars are a
20 minute walk away and serve fantastic fresh sea food, traditional
Spanish cuisine and unlimited cold beer and sangria ! |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. The nearest bus stop is a 20 minute walk away
although the time table is limited and especially in the winter
months. |
