| Bedrooms - There are 3 large bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are twin rooms. All beds have mosquito nets. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - The master bedroom boasts ensuite facilities with bath and overhead shower. The family bathroom has a shower unit. There is a seperate guest toilet on the lower level. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lounge - The lower floor is completely open plan and has a bright an modern lounge and dining room seating 6 people. The open fire and hot and cold air conditioning give the property a wonderful homely feeling and make guests comfortable throughout the year. | Kitchen - The open plan kitchen area is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Outdoors - The property has a private south facing garden on a corner plot with 3 sunloungers and garden chairs. The garden is not enclosed and provides easy access to the communal gardens and pool area. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. | Resort facilities - Torres del Golf is a small community of only a few townhouses which share a communal pool and gardens. The gated community is small and has open views to the countryside. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Beach - The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 4 minute car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 20 minute walk away. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Golf - La Duquesa Golf is only a very short car drive or 15 minute walk away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses are only a 10 minute drive away. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk. The nearest bar and restaurant facilities are in La Duquesa Golf which offers typical bar food. The Churinguito beach bars are a 20 minute walk away and serve fantastic fresh sea food, traditional Spanish cuisine and unlimited cold beer and sangria ! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. The nearest bus stop is a 20 minute walk away although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
