Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

  Please note that credit card
payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be
received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges. |

Bedrooms
- All bedrooms are a good size and are all twin rooms. The master
and 2nd bedroom have the twin beds next to each other. All bedrooms
have hot and cold air conditioning and the master bedroom is ensuite. |

Bathrooms
- There are two family bathrooms that have a bath and overhead
shower. |
|
|
|
Lounge
- The lounge is an open plan room and has a 3 seater and 2 seater
leather settee and dining table seating 6 people. This room is
furnished to a very high standard and benefits from hot and cold air
conditioning and English TV. |

|
|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is modern and has all appliances that you will need
including microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and
washing machine. |
|
|
|
Outdoors
- There is a small garden area with a terrace and lawned garden.
There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. |
|
|
|
Parking
- There is a parking space within the secure grounds of Cortijos de
Casares that is close to the property. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Coritjos de Casares is a gated development with beautiful gardens
and 2 swimming pools. One of which is a shallow childrens pool. |

Beach
- The beach is within a 2 minute drive from the property. There is
ample parking on the beach and there is also a superb 'Churinguito'
beach bar serving excellent sea food. |

|
|
Golf
- Cortijos de Casares is perfect for keen golfers. Finca Cortesin
and Doña Julia golf are within a 4 minute drive and these courses
are Europes best courses. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Within a short drive you have excellent bar and restaurant options
including fresh seafood in the Churinguito Beach bars and the finest
Spanish cuisine in the traditional Spanish 'Ventas'. Duquesa Marina
and Sabinillas are both within a 7 minute car drive where there is
every variety of bars and restaurants. |

- Car hire is essential as all amenities are within a short drive
away. |
