Description: This incredible 4 bedroom luxury townhouse enjoys a stunning frontline beach location within a prestigous and private resort development. The property is very spacious with 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen and spacious living area. The majority of the bedrooms have french doors that lead to a private terrace. Here you can enjoy wonderful sea views and watch the sunrise on a morning as the fishing boats make the ealry morning catch. From the lounge and the living area there is a large private terrace and a large garden area which are perfect for sunbathing, dining or enjoying an evening drink. The property is south facing which means that you can enjoy the mediterranean sun the entire day.
The "Residencia la Borboleta" development is a smaller development which boasts expansive tropical gardens, Paddle Tennis court and 300m2 swimming pool and seperate childrens pool. The community is gated and has security lighting. The communal gardens lead directly to the beach where you can enjoy stunning views all along the coast and bath in the warm waters of the Mediterranean sea. All these facilities and the added security features mean that this property is a wonderful location to spend a family holiday.

| Bedrooms - There are 4 large double bedrooms comprising of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. The property sleeps a total of 8 people. 3 bedrooms have wonderful sea and garden views and double doors leading to a terrace. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - There are 4 bathrooms throughout the property. The masterbedroom boasts ensuite facilities with bath and overhead shower. There is family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a shower room and a guest toilet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lounge - The lounge dining area has ample seating for all guests including sofa seating for 7 people and additional chairs. The dining table is for 6 people only although there is an additional dining area on the terrace. There is a TV (but no English TV channels). | Resort facilities - Residencia la Borboleta boasts one of the largest garden and pools for a development of its size. The pool is 300m2 and ideal for both serious swimmers, cooling off and playing in the pool. There is a seperate childrens pool (the water is approximatly knee height). The gardens have direct access to the beach. From the gardens and the pool there are incredible sea and beach views. The community also has a Paddle Tennis court (racquets not provided). The community is gated and secure. A lifeguard is employed during July and August only. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Beach - The beach can be accessed from the communal gardens, here you will also find a "Churinguito" which is a traditional Spanish beach bar serving fresh sea food and full bar facilities (closed during the winter months). There are also sunloungers and sun shades for churinguito clients. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bars and Restaurants & Shops - There are limted but excellent dining options all within walking distance of the property including the Churinguito beach bar, the fantastic "San Raphael" Spanish restaurant and the Schooner Bar - Restaurant which serves excellent typical bar and restaurant menus. Shops and other bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk along the beach. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
