Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Accommodation
Details |

Bedrooms -
The master bedroom has a double bed and is ensuite, benefits from
air conditioning and has access to a private terrace. The 2nd
bedroom is also has a double bed, ceiling fan TV and stereo. The 3rd
bedroom is a single room with a ceiling fan. The "4th bedroom" is open plan and the
only room on the upper floor of the property. It is fantastic
penthouse style room with a vaulted ceiling, bedroom suite and private
terrace. For your convenience and comfort there is a fridge in this
room. Please note that although this room is sufficiently private
it does not have a door. |

Bathrooms
- There is an ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower and
double vanity unit. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead
shower. There is a guest toilet on the lower floor. |

Lounge
-
The lounge is a large open plan room which incorporates the lounge
and dining area which seats 4 people. The lounge is furnished to a
very high standard with leather settees and modern artwork. There is
hot and cold air conditioning, DVD player and Sky TV (free to air
channels only). The lounge has french
doors which lead to the large terrace. |

Kitchen -
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, spin dryer, dishwasher,
microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc. |

|
Outdoors -
The outdoor terracing is spacious and well equipped with 1 dining
table with sun shade and seating for 6 on the lower terrace and
dining table with seating for 4 on the upper terrace.
There are 2 sunloungers for relaxing and additional chairs. The terraces are private and
the upper terraces have incredible sea views. |

Parking
- There is a double garage underneath the property providing ample
private parking for the property. Numerous visitor parking spaces
are also in the development. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Amenities |

Resort facilities
- Residencia la Borboleta boasts on of the largest garden and pools
for a development of its size. The pool is 300m2 and ideal for both
serious swimmers, cooling off and playing in the pool. There is a seperate childrens pool (the water is approximatly knee height). The
gardens have direct access to the beach. From the gardens and the
pool there are incredible sea and beach views. The community also
has a Paddle Tennis court (racquets not provided). The community is
gated and secure. A lifeguard is employed during July and August
only. |

Beach
- The beach can be accessed from the communal gardens, here you will
also find a "Churinguito" which is s traditional Spanish beach bar
serving fresh sea food and full bar facilities. There are also sunloungers and sun shades for churinguito clients. |

|
Golf
- The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately
a 8 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama,
La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car
drive. |

|
Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- There are limted but excellent dining options all within walking
distance of the property including the Churinguito beach bar, the
fantastic "San Raphael" Spanish restaurant and the Schooner Bar -
Restaurant which serves excellent typical bar and restaurant menus.
Shops and other bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in
Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute
walk along the beach. |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although
the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. |
