Booking Information

Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be

Accommodation

Bedrooms
- There are 3 spacious bedrooms in total. The master bedroom is a
double room and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and
stunning sea views with a private balcony. The other 2 rooms are
twin rooms each with great coastal views. The 3rd bedroom has may
also be used as a single room if there are only 5 guests. |

Bathrooms
- The master bedroom is ensuite with a bath and overhead shower and
double vanity unit and marble decoration. The family bathroom also
has a bath with overhead shower. On the lower floor there is a guest
toilet. |

|
Lounge
- The 1st of 2 lounge areas is a large open plan lounge dining
room has a 6 seater dining table and spacious lounge area which
leads to a large and private outdoor terrace. The lounge benefits
from hot and cold air conditioning, Sky TV (free to air channels
only), home cinema system for DVDs and CDs. The lounge has a partial
sea view. The second lounge is on the top level of the property and
is a superb loft style room with vaulted ceilings and a private
terrace and incredible sea views. This incredible living areas
presents superb space for all guests. |

Kitchen
- The kitchen has been finished to a very high standard with
integrated appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, oven
and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. There
is also a utility room for drying clothes etc. |

Outdoors
- The terraces are spacious, private and South-West facing with
incredible sea views. The lower terrace has a large dining table
with 6 seats. There are 4 sunloungers between the upper and lower
terraces. |

|
Parking
- There is a double garage underneath the property providing ample
private parking for the property. Numerous visitor parking spaces
are also in the development. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |
|
Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Amenities |

Resort facilities
- Residencia la Borboleta boasts on of the largest garden and pools
for a development of its size. The pool is 300m2 and ideal for both
serious swimmers, cooling off and playing in the pool. There is a seperate childrens pool (the water is approximatly knee height). The
gardens have direct access to the beach. From the gardens and the
pool there are incredible sea and beach views. The community also
has a Paddle Tennis court (racquets not provided). The community is
gated and secure. A lifeguard is employed during July and August
only. |

Beach
- The beach can be accessed from the communal gardens, here you will
also find a "Churinguito" which is s traditional Spanish beach bar
serving fresh sea food and full bar facilities. There are also sunloungers and sun shades for churinguito clients. |

Golf
- The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately
a 8 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama,
La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car
drive. |

|
Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- There are limted but excellent dining options all within walking
distance of the property including the Churinguito beach bar, the
fantastic "San Raphael" Spanish restaurant and the Schooner Bar -
Restaurant which serves excellent typical bar and restaurant menus.
Shops and other bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in
Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute
walk along the beach. |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although
the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. |
