Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Bedrooms
- There are 4 large double bedrooms comprising of 2 double bedrooms
and 2 twin rooms. The property sleeps a total of 8 people. 3
bedrooms have wonderful sea and garden views and double doors
leading to a terrace. |

Bathrooms
- There are 4 bathrooms throughout the property. The masterbedroom
boasts ensuite facilities with bath and overhead shower. There is
family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a shower room
and a guest toilet. |

|
|
Lounge
- The spacious open plan lounge dining room has direct access to the
private terrace and gardens and wonderful views over the communal
gardens. The dining table seats 6 people only but there is
additional outdoor dining tables on the terrace. The lounge has a 3
seater settee and 2 chairs and a home cinema system where DVDs and
CDs can be played. |

Kitchen
- The kitchen is very spacious, has direct access to the outdoor
dining terrce and is well designed. Facilities include washing
machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing
board. |

Outdoors
- This property boasts a large south west facing private terrace and garden which have
direct access to the communal gardens and pool area. This is perfect
for families children can be easily supervised by adults who are on
the terraced area. |

|
Parking
- The property has 1 private parking space which is next to the
front door. There is additional communal parking within the
development. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Amenities |

Resort facilities
- Residencia la Borboleta boasts one of the largest garden and pools
for a development of its size. The pool is 300m2 and ideal for both
serious swimmers, cooling off and playing in the pool. There is a
seperate childrens pool (the water is approximatly knee height). The
gardens have direct access to the beach. From the gardens and the
pool there are incredible sea and beach views. The community also
has a Paddle Tennis court (racquets not provided). The community is
gated and secure. A lifeguard is employed during July and August
only. |

Beach
- The beach can be accessed from the communal gardens, here you will
also find a "Churinguito" which is a traditional Spanish beach bar
serving fresh sea food and full bar facilities (closed during the
winter months). There are also
sunloungers and sun shades for churinguito clients. |

|
Golf
- The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately
a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama,
La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car
drive. |

|
Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- There are limted but excellent dining options all within walking
distance of the property including the Churinguito beach bar, the
fantastic "San Raphael" Spanish restaurant and the Schooner Bar -
Restaurant which serves excellent typical bar and restaurant menus.
Shops and other bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in
Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute
walk along the beach. |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although
the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. |
