Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Bedrooms
- There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. 2 bedrooms have
ensuite bathrooms. All enjoy hot and cold air conditioning. |

- There are 4 full bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. |

Lounge
- The lounge is a stunning open plan room with private terrace,
stunning sea views, vaulted ceilings and open fire. There is a
dining table with 8 seats and a 3 and 2 seater settee. There is hot
and cold airconditioning and Plasma wall mounted TV. |

Kitchen
- The kitchen is very modern and boasts high specification
appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob,
microwave, fridge freezer and ice dispenser. There is a large
breakfast bar with open plan aspect to the living area. |

Outdoors
- The villa has beautiful private tropical gardens, lawn and pool.
There is ample terraces for sunbathing and a covered upper terrace
with sea views for dining and evening drinks. |

Parking
- There is ample parking within the villas grounds. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Beach
- The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the villa. Here you
will find a superb 'Churinguito' Beach bar and stunning views along
the coast. You can enjoy a stroll along the beach to Sabinillas
where the promenade offers a superb variety of bars and restaurants. |

Golf
- The villa is centrally located between Finca Cortesin and Doña
Julia Golf resorts. These new courses are set to challenge the best
courses in Spain ! Valderama, San Roque, Duquesa, Sotogrande and
numerous championship courses are within a 20 minute drive. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Within a 15 - 20 mintue walk from the villa are a superb selection
of beach bars and restaurants serving the areas best sea food. There
is also a traditional Spanish restaurant which is well roenowned in
the area. All other bars and restaurants are a 5 minute car drive
from the villa. |

- There is a taxi rank and bus stop within a 5-7 minute walk from
the villa. |
