Accommodation Details
Bedrooms - The bedroom is a very spacious room with direct access to the bathroom. There is plenty of storage space with the fully fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms - The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower (no bath).
Lounge - The lounge is very spacious and includes 2 x 3 seater settees, tv, book shelf and double aspect windows. There is double doors over the "Romeo & Juliet" balcony.
Kitchen - The kitchen is spacious and incorporates a breakfast table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Outdoors - The Romeo and Juliet balcony is the only outdoor area. The Pueblo Mexicano urbanisation has numerous seating areas and internal courtyards. There is also a restaurant, bar communal pool and gardens.
Parking - There is communal parking spaces within the urbanisation.

Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Pueblo Mexicano is very centrally located between Sabinillas and Duquesa. All amenities are within a 10 minute walk. Duquesa Marina is a 5 minute walk.
Travel - There is a bus stop and taxi rank within a 5 minute walk. Access to the CN340 is very easy.
