Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom. The second and third rooms are twin rooms. All bedrooms are well presented and have air conditioning.
Bathrooms - There are 2 full bathrooms with bath and overhead shower.
Lounge - The lounge is a spacious room with direct access to the terrace and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and English TV. There is a large corner leather settee and dining table with 6 chairs.
Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is a small breakfast table with 2 chairs. The utility room has additional storage space and the boiler.
Outdoors - The terrace is accessed from the lounge area. The property is south facing and has stunning sea and garden views.
Parking - There is private underground parking with lift access to the apartment level.

Resort facilities - The La Noria resort boasts the best facilites in Sabinillas. This gated community has 24 hour security, childrens play area, 2 paddle tennis courts and a large swimming pool. The expansive tropical gardens has numerous seating areas and a water feature.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - The property is located in the centre of Sabinillas and therefore all amenities are close to hand. Sabinillas has numerous bars and restaurants with international cuisine. The main attraction is the promenade where there is something for everyone.
Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 5 minute walk from the property although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months.
