Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Bedrooms
- The master bedroom is a double room with direct access to the
terrace and benefits from an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is
a twin room with views to the courtyard terrace. |

- There are 2 full bathrooms with a bath and overhead shower. |
|
|
|
Lounge
- The lounge is a spacious room with 2 large settees and a dining
table with 4 chairs. There is free to air English SKY TV a DVD
player and direct access to the terrace. |

Kitchen
- The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with microwave, fridge
freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. |
|
|
|
Outdoors
- The large terrace has sea views 2 sunloungers and a dining table
with 4 chairs. There is also a private Andalucian courtyard terrace
with an additional dining table and 4 chairs. |

Parking
- There is private parking for the apartment which is a very short
walk from the apartment. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

and your length of stay are completely

- Terrazes de la Bahia is a gated resort with spectacular tropical
gardens and 2 swimming pools. From the pool areas you can enjoy
wonderful coastal and sea views. |

Beach
- The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find 2
fantastic churinguito beach bar - restaurants. Approximatly a 20
minute walk along this beach will take you to Sabinillas. |

Golf
- Terrazes de la Bahia is at the foothills of the up and
coming golf area in the Costa del Sol. Doña Julia golf and Finca
Cortesin golf are both championship courses that are on your
doorstep. A true golfers paradise ! |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- There are a handful of excellent restaurants within a 15 minute walk
from Terrazes de Bahia including seafood beach bars and a traditional
Spanish restaurant. A short drive into the hills will take you to
some of the best "venta" restaurants in the area. For a more lively
night out both Estepona and Duquesa marina are a short drive away. |

Travel
- There is easy access by road both along the coast road and into
the Casares countryside. There is a taxi rank and bus stop within
a 10 minute walk of the Terrazes de la Bahia resort. |
