Booking Information - Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Accommodation Details

Bedrooms - All 3 bedrooms are very large and benefit from hot and cold air conditioning. The masterbedroom is very impressive with dual aspect double patio doors with access to a large terrace. The masterbedroom has a double bed and walk through wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are very spacious twin rooms each with the use of a bathroom.
Bathrooms - There are 3 spacious and complete bathrooms all with baths and overhead showers. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom.
Lounge - The lounge dining room is a large open plan area with access to the large main terrace. The room benefits from a 6 seater dining table, hot and cold air conditioning, DVD player and television. One of the 2 large sofas is a sofa bed for additional sleeping space if required.
Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and spacious with an open aspect to the lounge area. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.
Outdoors - The south east facing terraces are large and have incredible sea and coastal views. The are 6 sunloungers in total and a variety of dining tables and chairs. The terraces are on all 3 levels of the property including an impressive roof terrace.
Parking - There is 1 private off road parking space and the apartment is accessed via a small set of stairs.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Amenities

Resort facilities - Terrazas de Guadelupe is a small private development with communal gardens and and a swimming pool.
Beach - The beach is approximately a 20 minute walk away (downhill). The beach is a blue flag beach and as such excels European standards of health, safety and facilities. Here you will also find a handful of churinguito beach bars serving fresh sea food and beverages.
Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 10 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 15 minute car drive.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - The nearest amenities are in Puerto Duquesa which is a 10 minute car drive away. The marina offers over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is also home to shops and internet cafes and is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday.
Travel - The Costa del Sol dual carraige way is a 2 minute drive away which provides easy access to all areas in the region. The nearest bus stop is a 20 minute walk away (downhill).

Children The resort is gated and family friendly, however the lack of local amenities may not be enticing to families with young children.
