Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Bedrooms
- The masterbedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom is a double
room and 3rd bedroom is a twin
rooms, every room is furnished to a very high standard and has hot
and cold air conditioning. |

Bathrooms
- The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite with
a bath and overhead shower. The second is a family shower room. |
|
|
|
Lounge
- The lounge dining room has direct access to the terrace and is
furnished to a very high standard and benefits from hot and cold air
conditioning. The lounge has a DVD player and English TV (free to
air channels only). The dining table seats 6 people. |

|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, hob, kettle
and toaster. There is a utility room for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors
- The terrace is a dining terrace only and is North East facing.
From the terraces you can enjoy views to the Mediterranean,
Sabinillas beach and the coastline to Casares. |

Parking
- There is private underground parking and lift access to the
apartment. |
|
|

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- The La Noria resort boasts the best facilites in Sabinillas. This
gated community has 24 hour security, childrens play area, 2 paddle
tennis courts (rackets not provided) and a large swimming pool. The
expansive tropical gardens has numerous seating areas and a water
feature. |

|
Beach
- Sabinillas beach is superb beach with incredible coastal views and
wonderful promenade. Sabinillas beach has Blue Flag status and as
such excels European standards in health, safety and facilities. It
is a wonderfully wide and clean beach and a popular place to spend
the day. |

|
Golf
- The nearest golf courses are La Duquesa Golf and Doña Julia which is approximately
a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama,
La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande and Finca Cortesin are all within
a 15 minute car
drive. |

|
Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- The property is located in the centre of Sabinillas and therefore
all amenities are close to hand. Sabinillas has numerous bars and
restaurants with international cuisine. The main attraction is the
promenade where there is something for everyone. |

|
Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 5 minute walk
from the property although bus times may be limited and especially in
the winter months. |

essential. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within short and flat
walking distance. |

perfect for families as there is a childrens play area, enclosed
