Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be
received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges. |

Bedrooms
- Both bedrooms are of relatively equal size and both with twin beds.
The master bedroom benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and
has a ensuite bathroom and direct access to the private terrace. |

Bathrooms
- There are 2 large complete bathrooms both with baths and overhead
showers. |
|
|
|
Lounge
- The lounge dining room is spacious and has direct access to a
large private terrace. The lounge enjoys hot and cold air
conditioning a DVD player and Sky TV (free to air channels only).
The dining area has seating for 4 people. |

|
Kitchen
- The kitchen area is modern, well equipped and has direct access to
the private front garden. Facilities include
washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. |

|
Outdoors
- The apartment has a large front garden and private terrace which
overlooks the pool and gardens. There are 2 sunloungers and chairs
for 6 people. |

Parking
- The communal parking outside each apartment block provides plenty
of parking spaces for the property. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Paraiso de la Bahia is a gated family friendly resort with 2 large
pools and 2 childrens pools, childrens playground and spacious
tropical gardens. |

Beach
- The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Here you will find 2
fantastic churinguito beach bar - restaurants. Approximatly a 20
minute walk along this beach will take you to Sabinillas. |

|
|
Golf
- Paraiso de la Bahia is at the foothills of the up and
coming golf area in the Costa del Sol. Doña Julia golf and Finca
Cortesin golf are both champoinship courses that are on your
doorstep. A true golfers paradise ! |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- There are a handful of excellent restaurants within a short walk
from the development including seafood beach bars and a traditional
Spanish restaurant. A short drive into the hills will take you to
some of the best "venta" restaurants in the area. For a more lively
night out both Estepona and Duquesa marina are a short drive away. |

Travel
- There is easy access by road both along the coast road and into
the Andalucian countryside. There is a taxi rank and bus stop within
a 5 minute walk of the development. |

of the taxi rank and bus stops. |

resort is very family friendly due to the choice of 4 pools,
childrens play ground. The development is gated and not near a main
road allowing children to play in safety. |
