Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be

Bedrooms
- Both the master bedroom and second bedroom are twin rooms and
benefit from hot and cold air
conditioning. The masterbedroom has ensuite
facilities. |

Bathrooms
- The ensuite is a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The 2nd bathroom is a showerroom. |

|
|
Lounge
- The lounge dining room is light and spacious with direct access to
the terrace via double patio doors. There is a 6 seater dining table
and the lounge area is modern and benefits from hot and cold air
conditioning and Sky TV (free to air channels only). |

|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc. |

Outdoors
- There is a south facing terrace with a dining table and 4 chairs.
From the terrace their are partial sea views. |

Parking
- There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to
the apartment level. |
|
|

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Mikinos Playa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of
Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include a swimming pool and large
sun terrace. |

Beach
- La Duquesa beach is a blue flag
beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach
facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars
serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have
sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports
facilities(not including jetskis). |

Golf
- The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately
a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama,
La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within
a 15 minute car
drive. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30
restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international
cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively
and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful
setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of
Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find all the
amenities of a town and an abundance of traditonal spanish
restaurants and tapas bars. |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 2 minute walk
from the resort although bus times may be limited and especially in
the winter months. |

Car hire is recommended but not
essential. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within short and flat
walking distance. |

Children |
Mikinos Playa is a small development
with an enclosed pool area which is surrounded by a large sun
terrace. It is a family friendly resort due to its security and
proximity to the beach and all amenities. |
