Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a double room and has an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning and views to the communal pool area.

Bathrooms - The bathrooms are extremely luxurious due to the marble finish. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink and vanity unit with a hydro massage bath. The shower room also boasts a marble finish with a hydro shower.

Lounge - The lounge is a spacious open plan room with direct access to the private terrace. The lounge has been furnished to a high standard with a large corner sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is hot and cold air conditioning and a plasma screen TV with free view English channels and DVD player.

Kitchen - The high quality kitchen is fully fitted with Siemens appliances including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and fridge freezer. There is an independant utility room which houses the electric boiler and washing machine.

Outdoors - There is a private covered terrace with dining for 6 people and a sunlounger. The terrace has beautiful views overlooking the communal pool area.

Parking - There is off road public parking as well as private underground parking for 1 car only and lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Marina del Castillo is a luxury gated frontline beach development with 24hr security. Facilities include a sauna, communal pool and underground parking. There are expansive terraced gardens for sunbathing and relaxing.

Beach - Duquesa beach is infront of the Marina del Castillo resort. Here there are Chiringuito beach bars serving ice cold drinks and freshly caught sea food. Most Chiringuitos offer a sunlounger hire service.

Golf - Duquesa Golf is within a 5 minute car drive or 15 minute walk from Marina del Castillo. There are numerous championship courses including Valderama, San Roque and Finca Cortesin within a 20 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - All bars, restaurants and shops in Duquesa are within a 10 minute walk of Marina Castillo. The restaurants cater for all culinary tastes and budgets. The local town of Sabinillas is just a further 10 minute walk along the beachfront promenade from Puerto Duquesa.

Travel - There is a bus stop and taxi rank within walking distance of the resort. All road access to all areas of the coast is very easy and close.

Car Hire - Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within a short and flat walking distance.

Children - This secure gated resort is family friendly due to its large swimming pool, stunning location within walking distance to the beach and all amenities, 24hr security and resort facilities.
