Bedrooms - Of the 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 are twin rooms and the master bedroom is a double bedroom with ensuite facilities. All three bedrooms are bright and spacious and have hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathrooms - The property has one full bathroom with double sink unit and Jacuzzi bath tub and the other bathroom has a hydro massage shower and is shared between the two twin bedrooms.

Lounge - The lounge is spacious and has a plasma screen TV plus free to air English TV channels. It is open plan, incorporating the dining area which seats 6 people and the lounge which has a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas. Direct access to the south facing terrace is through double French patio doors. There is also hot and cold air conditioning in this room.

Kitchen - The kitchen is finished to a very high standard and is well equipped with Siemens appliances. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer.

Outdoors - The south facing terrace has lovely outdoor furniture to relax in the sunshine including a 2 seater sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. The views incorporate the historical sites of the Castillo de Duquesa fortress, the Duquesa Roman ruins and the Mediterranean Sea, making this a beautiful place to be both throughout the day and in the evening when the fortress is illuminated.

Parking - There is 1 underground parking space with lift access to the apartment level. Additional off road parking is also located outside the resort.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Marina del Castillo is a gated frontline beach development with 24hr security. Facilities include a communal pool, indoor sauna and private underground parking. There are expansive terraced gardens for sunbathing and relaxing.

Beach - Duquesa beach is in front of the Marina del Castillo resort. Here there are Chiringuito beach bars serving ice cold drinks and freshly caught sea food. Most Chiringuitos offer a sunlounger hire service.

Golf - Duquesa Golf is within a 5 minute car drive or 15 minute walk from Marina del Castillo. There are numerous championship courses including Valderama, San Roque and Finca Cortesin within a 20 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - All bars, restaurants and shops are within a 10 minute flat walk of Marina del Castillo. The restaurants cater for all culinary tastes.

Travel - There is a bus stop and taxi rank within walking distance of the property. All road access to all areas of the coast is very easy and close.

Car Hire - Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within a short and flat walking distance.

Children - This resort is family friendly due to its large swimming pool, stunning location, security and facilities. May not be suitable for under 5 year olds. Ask for more information.
