Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Currency Conversion

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - There are 3 bedrooms, all with hot and cold air conditioning, coin metered. The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom. The other 2 rooms are twin rooms that share the family bathroom.

Bathrooms - There are 2 full family bathrooms with bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Lounge - The lounge area has seating for 6 people which is centered around the coffee table. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. This room benefits from coin metered hot and cold air conditioning and some English TV channels.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs and a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - The south west facing terrace is wonderful for dining and sunbathing. It is very family friendly and a wonderful place to spend a lazy day in the sunshine or evening alfresco dining. There is a 4 seater dining table and has got direct access to one of the communal pools.

Parking - There is private underground parking and lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Marina de la Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.

Beach - Marina de la Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of chiringuito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersport facilities(not including jetskis).

Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find all the amenities of a town and an abundance of traditonal spanish restaurants and tapas bars.

Travel - There is a bus stop and taxi rank within walking distance of the property. All road access to all areas of the coast is very easy and close.

Car Hire - Car hire is recommended but not essential as all amenities are within a short and flat walking distance.

Children - This is a very family friendly resort due to its 4 large swimming pools, 24hr security, facilities and central location.
