Duquesa beach nestled between Puerto de la Duquesa Marina and Sabinillas
town. All amenities are within a short flat walking distance including
the beach, marina, promenade and all bars and restaurants. Marina de la
Duquesa boasts superb facilities including 4 communal pools including a
heated pool, stunning tropical gardens, a gym, sauna, 2 Padel Tennis
courts, 24hr security, gated community and underground parking with lift
access to every floor.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the 3rd floor. The property
is very well equipped including a DVD Player, Satellite TV (free to air
channels only), Hairdryer, Safe, stereo and selection of DVD's and other
fun holiday items for children. The apartment also benefits from hot and

| Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with radio ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. This room is more spacious than others due to a large bay window. There is hot and cold air conditioning, a radio alarm clock and safe. The second bedroom is a twin room with hot and cold airconditioning and a radio alarm clock. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - The ensuite is a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The 2nd bathroom is a showerroom. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lounge - The lounge dining room is light and spacious with direct access to the terrace via double patio doors. There is a 4 seater dining table and the lounge area is modern and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, DVD player, stereo and Sky TV (free to air channels only). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen with electric boiler and an area for drying clothes etc. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Outdoors - There is good size terrace which is accessed from the lounge. It is a covered terrace and ideal for outdoor dining. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. | Resort facilities - Marina Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools one of which is heated, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports facilities(not including jetskis). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 15 minute car drive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find all the amenities of a town and an abundance of traditonal spanish restaurants and tapas bars. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 2 minute walk from the resort although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
