Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Currency Conversion

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and Juliet balcony. The two other rooms are large twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathrooms - There is a large family bathroom witha bath and overhead shower and a shower room with a spacious and modern shower. The master bedroom is ensuite.

Lounge - The lounge is a spacious open plan room with a 3 and 2 seater sofa and a chair. There is also a dining table for 6 people. The lounge has direct access to the terrace and has Sky TV (free to air channels only) and hot and cold air conditioning.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - There is a spacious south facing terrace where you can relax and enjoy the stunning beach and sea views in the sunshine. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs and also enjoys views to the pools and gardens.

Parking - There is underground parking for 1 car and lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Marina de la Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.

Beach - Marina de la Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of chiringuito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersport facilities(not including jetskis).

Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find all the amenities of a town and an abundance of traditonal spanish restaurants and tapas bars.

Travel - There is a bus stop and taxi rank within walking distance of the property. There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol.

Car Hire - Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within a short and flat walking distance.

Children - This is a very family friendly resort due to its 4 large swimming pools, 24hr security, facilities and central location. The apartment is located on the third floor and has waist height railings on the balcony.
