Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Currency Conversion

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin room. Both bedrooms benefit from orthopedic mattresses (of a hard nature but beneficial for the spine) and hot and cold air conditioning.

Bathrooms - There is a full family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is also a shower room.

Lounge - The lounge is a spacious open plan room with a dining table and 6 chairs and 2, 2 seater sofas. There is direct access to the private terrace. The lounge had hot and cold air conditioning and 'Free to Air' Sky TV.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - The private covered terrace overlooks the pool area. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car. From the parking area there is lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Marina Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools one of which is heated, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.

Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports facilities(not including jetskis).

Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 15 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find all the amenities of a town and an abundance of traditonal spanish restaurants and tapas bars.

Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 2 minute walk from the resort although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months.

Car Hire - Car hire is recommended but not essential as all amenities are within a short flat walking distance. There is asy access to bus stops and taxi ranks.

Children - This is a very family friendly resort due to its large swimming pools, 24hr security, superb facilities and proximity to amenities.
