The apartment also benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and English TV. The private terrace is sufficiently spacious for outdoor dining or relaxing.

| Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. | Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports facilities(not including jetskis). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 15 minute car drive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. | Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 2 minute walk from the resort although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
