The marina is the place to be for relaxing days and great night life.
The beachfront promenade connecting Puerto Duquesa Marina with the quaint resort of Sabinillas is directly in front of the development. Strolling along the promenade, stopping for a coffee or lunch in one of the international cafes and people watching is a popular way to spend the day. Sabinillas enjoys the privilege of a blue flag beach. This means that not only does it surpass the European standards in terms of cleanliness it also has superb facilities for children and is deemed a place of natural beauty.
Internally the apartment is wonderful. The dual aspect windows make the lounge a light and pleasant area to relax. The spacious terrace is perfect for dining and enjoys superb sea views. The property is well equipped, the master bedroom has private en-suite facilities and the property is beautifully decorated to provide a relaxing and homely environment.

| Bedrooms - Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have hot and cold air conditioning. The masterbedroom has a double bed and ensuite facilities. The second bedroom is a twin room. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - The ensuite is a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The 2nd bathroom is a showerroom. Both are fitted to a very high standard. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lounge - The lounge dining room is light and spacious due to dual aspect windows and has with direct access to the terrace via double patio doors. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. | Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports facilities(not including jetskis). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 15 minute car drive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. | Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 2 minute walk from the resort although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
