The property is furnished to a high standard and very well presented. The lounge is an open plan area with 3 double patio doors which have superb views and give the property a wonderful luxurious ambience. There are ceiling fans throughout the property and English TV. An additional feature to this property is the glass curtains on the terrace. In summer these are fully open but in winter they are closed and enable guests to sit on the terrace, soak up the warm Mediterranean sun and still enjoy uninterrupted sea views.

Marina Duquesa is a very popular holiday resort due to its unbeatable location between Duquesa Marina and Sabinillas promenade. Resort facilities include 4 swimming pools, gym, sauna, padel tennis, private parking and 24 hour security. Duquesa beach is directly in front of the resort and all bars and restaurants are within a short and flat walking distance.

Accommodation Details
Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom and English TV. The other 2 rooms are twin rooms that share a shower room. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Bathrooms - The ensuite is a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The 2nd bathroom is a showerroom.
Lounge - The lounge is a beautiful room which is very light and spacious. There is direct access to the large terrace. There is a large 2 and a 3 seater settee and a dining table for 6 people. There is English TV ceiling fans.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.
Outdoors - The large wrap around terrace has glass curtains, stunning views and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Parking - There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to the apartment level.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Marina Duquesa is a wonderful resort development in the heart of Puerto Duquesa. Resort facilities include numerous swimming pools, spacious gardens, Paddle Tennis (racquets not provided), gym, sauna and games room. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security.
Beach - Marina Duquesa is a beach front resort. The beach is a blue flag beach which is a leader in European health, safety and beach facilities. There is a wide choice of of churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood, cold beer and sangria. Some beach bars have sunloungers and sun shades for its clients and watersports facilities(not including jetskis).
Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 3 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 15 minute car drive.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday. The closest seaside resort of Sabinillas is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find all the amenities of a town and an abundance of traditonal spanish restaurants and tapas bars.
Travel - There is a bus stop and taxi rank within walking distance of the property. All road access to all areas of the coast is very easy and close.
