Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes. The second
bedroom is a twin room with sea views. The master bedroom is a
double room with direct access to the terrace and enjoys ensuite
facilities. Both rooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning. |

Bathrooms
- Both bathrooms are spacious and finished to an exceptional
standard. The ensuite is accessed via double doors and finished in
marble which adds to the elegance of this luxurious apartment. |

|
Lounge
- The large lounge dining room boasts from sea views and direct
access to the terrace. It is furnished to a high standard and
benefits from a DVD and Video player, stereo and a small selection
of English TV channels (No terrestrial English TV are available).
The lounge has hot and cold air conditioning. |

|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors
- The
large South facing terrace boasts incredible views across the
gardens, beach and out to the Mediterannean. On clear days the Atlas
mountains of Africa make a breathtaking backdrop to this picturesque
view.
There is a large 4 seater dining table with
comfortable sun chairs. The balcony may not be
suitable for families with young children. Please enquire at the
time of booking should you have any concerns. |

Parking
- The property has private underground parking with lift access to
the apartment. |

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Los Granados boasts incredible tropical gardens and lagoon style
swimming pool. In the summer months there are sunloungers and
sunshades around the pool area. The development has 24 hour security. |

Beach
- Los Granados enjoys direct access to the beach. There is also an
excellent "Churinguito" beach bar and restaurant which serves superb
fresh sea food. |

|
|
Golf
- La
Duquesa Golf is the nearest golf course being only a 5 minute car
drive away. Many excellent courses including Sotogrande, Doña Julia,
Finca Cortesin and Valderama are within a 20 minute car drive.

|
Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- All amenities are within a 10 minute "flat" walk from Los Granados
including Puerto Duquesa marina. There is also a new commercial
centre within a 2 minute walk from the apartment including
restaurants, bars and a supermarket. |

|
Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although
the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. The
taxi rank is a 10 minute walk and is located in Puerto Duquesa
marina. |

is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance on a "flat"
level. |

Children |
This is
a family friendly resort as it is gated, has a large pool area, is
frontline beach and close to amenities. The balcony on this 2nd
floor apartment may not be suitable for young children. Should you
have any concerns please enquire at the time of booking. |
