Bedrooms - The property has two twin rooms, one with Juliet Balcony and the other with very private corder terrace. The master bedroom with ensuite facilities has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and direct acces to the main terrace with breathtaking sea views and views to the well kept communal gardens and pool.
Bathrooms - The proeprty has two bathrooms, the ensuite bathroom has a bath and double sink and vanity unit. the shared family bathroom also has a bath tub with overhead shower.
Lounge - The living room is a very spacious and modern room which benefits from free to air Sky TV, DVD player and a surround sound system. There is also hot and cold air conditioning and direct access to the main terrace. The room is very well furnished with a comfotable lounge area and dining area for 6 people.
Kitchen - There is a spacious modern galley style kitchen with a separate utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer. There is also a breakfast table by the window.
Outdoors - There are 3 terraces in total. Both twin bedrooms have a small private terrace and the main terrace is accessed from the living room and Master Bedroom. This terrace has a dining table with 6 chairs and superb views of the gardens, pool, beach and sea.
Parking - There is private underground parking for 1 car and lift access to the apartment. There is also communal parking within the development and additional off street parking outside the resort.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).
Resort facilities - Los Granados boasts incredible tropical gardens and a lagoon style swimming pool. In the summer months there are sunloungers and sunshades around the pool area. The development has 24 hour security.
Beach - Los Granados enjoys direct access to the beach. There is also an excellent "Chiringuito" beach bar and restaurant which serves superb fresh sea food within a very short walking distance from the apartment.
Golf - La Duquesa Golf is the nearest golf course being only a 5 minute car drive away. Many excellent courses including Sotogrande, Dona Julia, Finca Cortesin and Valderama are within a 20 minute car drive.
Bars, Restaurants & Shops - All amenities are within a 10 minute "flat" walk from Los Granados including Puerto Duquesa Marina, Castillo fishing village and Los Hidalgos Commercial centre.
Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. The taxi rank is a 10 minute walk and is located in Puerto Duquesa marina.
Car Hire - Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance on a "flat" level.
Children - Los Granados is a superb family friendly development. The urbanisation is gated and has 24hr security. As there is also direct access to the beach and a promenade infront of the resort it is ideal to walk to all amenities from the apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is generally child friendly. The 3rd bedroom has a private terrace which may not be suitable for very young children due to the beams on the terrace. The terrace can be locked from the inside.
