Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Accommodation
Details |

Bedrooms
- All bedrooms are spacious twin rooms. They are all ensuite and
have hot and cold air conditioning. |
|
|
|
Bathrooms
- All 3 bathrooms are very large and have a bath and overhead shower.
The master bedroom has a seperate shower unit as well. All bathrooms
are ensuite. There is also a toilet by the utility room from the
kitchen. |

|
Lounge
- The lounge is a light and spacious room with 2 large 3 seater
settees and a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a open fire place
and large patio doors leading to the covered terrace. The lounge has
hot and cold air conditioning and English TV. |

|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with washing
machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and lots
of cupboard space. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs and an
independant utility room with guest toilet. |
|
|
|
Outdoors
- There is a large covered terrace for dining and relaxing and a
seperate area for sunbathing. There are dining facilities for 8
people outside and 3 sunloungers and also 2 sun chairs. The terrace
has superb golf views. |

Parking
- There is private underground parking for 1 car and lift access to
the apartment level. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

- Los Castillos has private underground parking, 2 communal pool,
stunning gardens and sun terraces. |

Beach
- Duquesa beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the apartment. Here
you will also find Duquesa Marina and numerous beach bars and
restaurants. |

Golf
- The apartment is frontline la Duquesa Golf. The golf clubhouse is
a 5 minute car drive from the apartment. Within a 20 minute drive
from the apartment are Valderama, Finca Cortesin, Doña Julia, La
Reserva and La Cañada golf courses. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Duquesa courtyard is a 5 minute flat walk from the apartment here
you will find a handful of superb bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
For a larger variety and selection of bars and restaurants Duquesa
Marina and Sabinillas and a 15 - 20 minute walk from the apartment
or a very short drive. |

Travel
- Los Castillos has great access to the surrounding area by car.
There is also a bus stop and taxi rank only 15 minutes walk from the
apartment. |

Car Hire |
*Car hire
is recommended and essential for families with young children
or people with limited walking ability. All amenites are within a 20
minute walk of the apartment. To walk to the beach and marina there
is a steep hill for some of the walk. |

Children |
This is
a very family friendly resort due to its large swimming pool and
seperate childrens pool. Its proximity to amenities is also superb
for families. |
