Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - There are 4 large bedrooms comprising of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. The property sleeps a total of 8 people. 3 bedrooms have wonderful sea and garden views and double doors leading to a terrace.

Bathrooms - There are 4 bathrooms throughout the property. The master bedroom boasts ensuite facilities with bath and overhead shower. There is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a shower room and a guest toilet.

Lounge - The lounge dining area has ample seating for all guests including sofa seating for 7 people and additional chairs. The dining table is for 6 people only although there is an additional dining area on the terrace. There is a TV (but no English TV channels). The lounge benefits from hot and cold air conditioning.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - The outdoor terracing is spacious and well equipped with a dining table seating 6 and 3 sunloungers for relaxing. The terraces are private and the upper terraces have incredible sea views.

Parking - The property has 1 private parking space which is next to the front door. There is additional communal parking within the development.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Residencia la Borboleta boasts one of the largest garden and pool areas for a development of its size. The pool is 300m2 and ideal for both serious swimmers, cooling off and playing in the water. There is a seperate childrens pool (the water is approximatly knee height). The gardens have direct access to the beach. From the gardens and the pool there are incredible sea and beach views. The community also has a Paddle Tennis court (racquets not provided). The community is gated and secure. A lifeguard is employed during July and August only.

Beach - The beach can be accessed from the communal gardens, here you will also find a "Chiringuito" which is a traditional Spanish beach bar serving fresh sea food and full bar facilities (closed during the winter months). There are also sunloungers and sun shades for chiringuito clients.

Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 8 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - There are limted but excellent dining options all within walking distance of the property including the Chiringuito beach bar, the fantastic "San Raphael" Spanish restaurant and the Schooner Bar - Restaurant which serves excellent typical bar and restaurant menus. Shops and other bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk along the beach.

Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months.

Car Hire - Car hire is highly recommended and essential for families with young children or people with limited walking ability.

Children - This is a very family friendly resort due to its large swimming pool and seperate childrens pool, security and facilities.
