Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Currency Conversion

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are twin rooms with hot and cold air conditioning. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool area and Duquesa Golf course.

Bathrooms - There are 2 full family bathrooms with bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom is ensuite.

Lounge - The living room is an open plan room with 2 sofas, a coffee table, international TV channels and a dining table with 6 chairs. The room benefits from hot and cold air conditioning.

Kitchen - The kitchen is a spacious room with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, tettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer.

Outdoors - There is a private covered terrace with a drinks table and chairs. The terrace overlooks the pool, gardens and Duquesa Golf.

Parking - There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - La Almadraba is a private gated development with large swimming pool, sun loungers and sun terraces all with open golf views.

Beach - La Duquesa Beach is within a 3 minute walk from the La Almadraba resort. Here there are a variety of Chiringuito beach bars serving fresh seafood and watersport rentals (no jetskis). Puerto Duquesa marina is also here with numerous bars, reataurants, cafes, shops and internet cafes.

Golf - La Almadraba is a frontline golf development with open views to La Duquesa Golf. The clubhouse is a 10 minute walk away or 2 minute car drive. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - Puerto Duquesa marina is a 2 minute walk away. There are over 30 restaurant and bar options ranging from excellent international cuisine to pub food to take aways. This wonderful marina is a lively and welcoming place to be both day and night and is a wonderful setting to enjoy your holiday.

Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the Costa del Sol. A taxi rank and bus stop is within a 2 minute walk from the resort although bus times may be limited and especially in the winter months.

Car Hire - Car hire is recommended but not essential. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within short and flat walking distance.

Children - La Almadraba is a family friendly resort as it is gated and close to all amenities.
