Booking Information

Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be
received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges. |

Bedrooms
- There is 1 double room and 1 twin room sleeping a total of 4
people. Both rooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning and
plenty of storage space. The masterbedroom is ensuite. |

Bathrooms
- The ensuite is a spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The 2nd bathroom is a showerroom. |
|
|
|
Lounge
- The lounge dining room is light, spacious and enjoys a very homely
feel. The area benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, 4 seater
dining table, DVD player and Sky TV (free to air channels only). |

|
|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is modern and spacious with an open aspect to the
lounge area. It
is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. |

|
Outdoors
- The private covered terrace is accessed from the lounge area.
There is outdoor dining for 4 people and 2 sunloungers. |

Parking
- There is 1 private underground parking space and lift access to
the apartment level. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Los Hidalgos Golf is a gated community with spacious tropical
gardens and communal pool with showers. Sunloungers and a lifeguard
are poolside in July and August. |

Beach
- The beach is just a short walk from the development and will be
reached in less than 5 minutes. At this beach entrance there is a
wonderful churinguito beach bar serving fresh seafood and
sunloungers and shades for its clients. From here it is a 3 minute
walk to Castillo village where there are numerous exceptional
seafood restaurants and tapas bars a further 5 minute stroll along
the beach front takes you to Duquesa Marina where you can find all
amenities, bars, restaurants and internet cafes. |

Golf
- The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately
a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama,
La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car
drive. |

|
Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Castillo village is a 5 minute walk from los Hidalgos Golf. Here
you will find Seafood restaurants, Tapas bars and a small
supermarket. An additional 5 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the
development is Puerto Duquesa marina. International cuisine, wine
bars, pubs, cafes and all amenities are here in this beautiful
marina setting. |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although
the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. The
nearest taxi rank is in Puerto Duquesa Marina which is approximately
a 15 minute walk away. |
