Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be

Bedrooms
- There are 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom is a doublr room
with en-suite facilities. The 2 further rooms are twin rooms. All
rooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning. |

Bathrooms
- Both bathrooms are of a good size and finished to a high quality
with marble floring and tiles. Both have bathrooms with overhead
shower. |

|
|
Lounge
- The lounge is a large open plan room with a dining table for 6
people and a 3 and a 2 seater settee. The lounge has direct access
to terrace via large patio doors. The lounge also benefits from hot
and cold air conditioning and Sky TV (free to air channels only). |

|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is modern and spacious. It
is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,
oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc. |

Outdoors
- The property has a private terrace with views to the development. |
|
|
|
Parking
- There is private underground parking for 1 car and lift access to
the apartment. There is additional visitors parking is within the
urbanisation. |

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Fuente Duquesa boasts 2 communal pools, spacious tropical gardens,
communal covered seating area which ideal for BBQs or evening drinks.

Beach
- The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 4 minute
car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 20
minute walk away. |

|
Golf
- La Duquesa Golf is only a very short car drive or 15 minute walk
away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern
and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course
and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club
house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in
the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses
are only a 10 minute drive away. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Duquesa Courtyard is a 10 minute stroll from the resort which has
a handful of bars and restaurants, internet cafe, DVD rental,
hairdressers and bakery. A further 10 minute stroll from here is
Puerto Duquesa Marina where you will find international cuisine and
numerous bars, cafes and shops. |

Travel
- There is good access the the dual carriage way which streches the
whole of the Costa del Sol. The nearest taxi rank and bus stop is a
25 minute walk away. |
