Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Accommodation
Details |

Bedrooms
- The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom and
private terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and are either
ensuite of have full bathrooms next to the bedrooms. All bedrooms
have hot and cold airconditioning. |

Bathrooms
- All bathrooms are full family bathrooms with bath and overhead
shower. |
|
|
|
Lounge
- The lounge is a large open plan room with 2 double leather settees,
TV and DVD in the lounge area and a dining table with 6 chairs for
family meals. Both areas have access to the lower terrace via double
patio doors. The living areas have hot and cold air conditioning. |

|
|
Kitchen
- The kitchen is a good size, modern and fully fitted. There is a
hob, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and
ironing board. All appliances are electric including the hot water
boiler. |
|
|
|
Outdoors
- There are 3 large terraces with sunloungers and dining facilities.
The terraces can be accessed independantly via the lounge, 1st level
hall or master bedroom and the upper stairs. All terraces enjoy
stunning sea and coastal views. |

|
Parking
- There is private underground parking with lift access to the
garden level of Estrella de la Bahia. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

Resort facilities
- Estrella de la Bahia has beautiful manicured gardens and a
communal pool with sunloungers and sunshades. There is private
underground parking for apartment users. |

Beach
- The beach is a 20 minute stroll away. There are a handful of
superb bars and restaurants by the beach. Please note that Estrella
de la Bahia is on a hillside and as such it will take longer walking
when you return to the apartment. |

|
Golf
- Estrella de la Bahia is in the heart of the Casares Golf Valley.
Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are within a 5 minute drive away.
Numerous other championship courses are within a 15 minute drive
from the property. A true golfers paradise ! |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- There are a handful of exceptional bars abd restaurants within a
20 minute walk of the property. Duquesa, Estepona and Casares
Village are within a 10 minute drive away where everyone can find
something they will love ! |

Travel
- There is a taxi rank and bus stop within a 20 minute walk of the
property. There is very easy driving access to Casares Village,
Duquesa, Estepona and all other coastal attractions. |

This is
a family friendly resort due to its large swimming pool and quiet
location. Parents with very young children or elderly travelling
companions must be aware that the property is over 2 levels
internally and there are steps to enter the property. |
