This holiday resort is wonderful for families due to its facilities which include numerous large swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, spacious tropical gardens, BBQ areas, snack machines and 24 hour security. Duquesa Courtyard which is home to a handful of restaurants, bars and general stores is a 3 minute walk away. A approximately further 10 minute walk is the picturesque Puerto Duquesa marina. Here you can enjoy a range of international cuisine in one of the superb restaurants that overlook the marina or enjoy a cool drink in the sunshine. The blue flag beaches of Duquesa and Sabinillas surround the marina and are a expansive beautiful beaches that enjoy views that extend along the Costa del Sol.
Internally the apartment is well furnished making a wonderful inviting and homely ambience in the property. It is well equipped with hot and cold air conditioning in every room, English TV, DVD player and stereo. Both the master bedroom and lounge access the large private terrace. The terrace has direct access to the communal pool and gardens making this perfect for families with children.

| Bedrooms - Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have hot and cold air conditioning. The masterbedroom has a double bed and ensuite facilities. Access to the private terrace is through the double patio doors. The second bedroom is a twin room. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - The ensuite benefits from a bath with overhead shower. The family bathroom is a shower room. Both are modern, light and spacious. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and spacious with an open aspect to the lounge area. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Here there are a variety of Churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood and watersports rentals (no jetskis).
