This lesser known marina is one of the undiscovered jems of the Costa del Sol. There is a choice of over 30 restaurants, bars and cafes and it is a fantastic place to spend the day or night. The beach is immediatly beside the marina where you can spend the day bathing and relaxing and enjoying traditional spanish food and drinks.

| Bedrooms - Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have hot and cold air conditioning. The masterbedroom has a double bed and ensuite facilities. Access to the private terrace is through the double patio doors. The second bedroom is a twin room. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - The ensuite benefits from a bath with overhead shower. The family bathroom is a shower room. Both are modern, light and spacious. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lounge - The open plan lounge dining room is light and spacious and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. The dining table seats 4 people. The lounge has a DVD player, stereo and Sky TV (free to air channels only). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and spacious with an open aspect to the lounge area. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. | Beach - Duquesa beach is approximately a 10 minute walk (downhill) from the development. Here there are a variety of Churinguito beach bars serving fresh seafood and watersports rentals (no jetskis). | Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
