Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Bedrooms - Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have hot and cold air conditioning. The masterbedroom has a superb King size bed and ensuite facilities including a Jacuzzi bathtub. Access to the private terrace is through the double patio doors. The second bedroom is a twin room.

Bathrooms - The ensuite benefits from a bath with overhead shower. The family bathroom is a shower room. Both are modern, light and spacious.

Lounge - The open plan lounge dining room is light and spacious and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. The dining table seats 4 people. The lounge has a DVD player, stereo and Sky TV (free to air channels only).

Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and spacious with an open aspect to the lounge area. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc.

Outdoors - The large private terrace has partial sea views and overlooks the communal gardens. As the propety is located in a quieter side of the development, this terrace is a wonderful place to dine and relax in the Mediterranean sun. There is an outdoor dining table for 4 people and 2 sunloungers.

Parking - The apartment has secure, private underground parking with lift access to the apartment level.

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.

Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Duquesa Suites and Gardens boasts superb communal facilities making this a perfect resort for the whole family. Facilities include Paddle Tennis courts (racquets not provided), large swimming pools with ample sunloungers and sun terraces, childrens play area and communal BBQ area. The resort has 24 hour security, lifeguards during July and August and onsite snack machines.

Beach - Duquesa beach is approximately a 15 minute walk (downhill) from the development. Here, there are a variety of Chiringuito beach bars serving fresh seafood and watersport rentals (no jetskis). Puerto Duquesa marina is also here with numerous bars, reataurants, cafes, shops and internet cafes.

Golf - The nearest golf course is La Duquesa Golf which is approximately a 5 minute car drive away. Exceptional courses including Valderama, La Reserva, Almenara, Sotogrande, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesin are all within a 20 minute car drive.

Bars, Restaurants & Shops - Duquesa Courtyard is a 5 minute stroll from the resort which has a handful of bars and restaurants, internet cafe, DVD rental, hairdressers and bakery. A further 10 minute stroll from here is Puerto Duquesa Marina where you will find international cuisine and numerous bars, cafes and shops.

Travel - There is easy access to the dual carriage way which streches the whole of the Costa del Sol. The nearest taxi rank and bus stop are a 15 minute walk away.

Car Hire - Car hire is recommended although not essential. Families with small children or people with limited walking ability may prefer to hire a car.

Children - This resort is highly recommended for families. The resort is gated, has 24 hour security and boasts excellent onsite facilities making this the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday.
