Booking Information
- Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

Bedrooms
- Both bedrooms
are a good size and benefit from fitted wardrobes and air
conditioning. The master bedroom is a double room and has direct
access to the terrace and ensuite bathroom. There is a safe in the
masterbedroom. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room. |

- Both bathrooms
are a good size and benefit from a bath with overhead shower. The
bathrooms are built to a high quality with marble flooring and
tiling. |

Lounge

The lounge is open plan and has a seating for 4 people. Facilitites
include hot and cold air conditioning, a DVD player and SKY
TV. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. The lounge has been
furnished to can exceptional standard including leather settees and
dining chairs. There is direct access to the terrace from the lounge. |

Kitchen
- The kitchen is modern and high quality. It
is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There is a utility room from the kitchen for drying clothes etc. |

Outdoors

There spacious terrace has a covered dining area and direct access
to the communal pool and gardens. There is a dining table and 4
chairs for 'Al Fresco' dining. |

Parking
- The apartment has private underground parking for 1 car. There is
lift access from the parking area to the apartment. Visitor parking
is outside the urbanisation. |

Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

- Coto Real is a superb resort that benefits from a large pool and
expansive gardens. |

Beach
- The beaches of the Costa del sol are best reached by a 5 minute
car drive. For those who enjoy walking La Duquesa beach is a 25
minute walk away. |

Golf
- La Duquesa Golf is only a short car drive away. This popular club has recently been renenvated into a modern
and inviting 4 star hotel and golf club. The Trent Jones golf course
and driving range are fantastic. For those non golfers the club
house and hotel facilities are a great option to enjoy a drink in
the sunshine and luxury surroundings. Numerous championship courses
are only a 10 minute drive away. |

Bars and Restaurants & Shops
- Shops, bars and restaurants can be found in abundance in
Puerto Duquesa Marina which is a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk.
The Churinguito beach bars are a 25
minute walk away and serve fantastic fresh sea food, traditional
Spanish cuisine and unlimited cold beer and sangria ! |

Travel
- There is easy access to the dual carriage way which runs along the
Costa del Sol. The nearest bus stop is a 25 minute walk away
although the time table is limited and especially in the winter
months. |
