Booking Information - Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Accommodation Details

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin room. Both have hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathrooms - There is one family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, the second is a shower room.
Lounge - The lounge has hot and cold air conditioning and terrace access via a double patio doors. The room is well furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs and a 3 and 2 seater sofa.
Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and utility room.
Outdoors - Casares del Sol has very spacious gardens and numerous pool areas.
Parking - The apartment has private underground parking with lift access to the apartment level.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Beach - The beach is approximately a 3 minute drive from the property.
Golf - Dona Julia, Finca Cortesin, Casares Golf and Duquesa Golf are all within a 10 minute drive from the apartment.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 10 minute drive from the apartment including Duquesa Marina, Spanish Ventas and Beach bars. Finca Cortesin has a restaurant and bar that is within walking distance of the apartment.
Travel - Car hire is essential as bus stops and taxi ranks are within a 20 minute walk of the apartment.
