Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

  Please note that credit card
payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be
received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges. |

Bedrooms
- Both bedrooms are twin rooms and benefit from hot and cold air
conditioning. The master bedroom is ensuite and has access to the
terrace. |

Bathrooms
- There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The 2nd
is a shower room |

Lounge
- The lounge is an open plan room with marble flooring and air
conditioning. There is direct access to the private terrace. The
lounge is well furnished with a corner settee, Flat screen TV and
dining area with 4 chairs. |

Kitchen
- The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine,
oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and utility room. |

Outdoors
- Casares del Sol has very spacious gardens and numerous pool areas. |
|

Parking
- There is private underground parking and lift access to the
apartment. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |
