Booking Information
Your credit card
details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a
damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to
Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or
bank transfer.

payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be
received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges. |

Bedrooms
- Both bedrooms are very spacious twin rooms. The master bedroom has
an ensuite bathroom and both rooms have hot and cold air
conditioning. |

- There is a full bathroom with overhead shower and double sink unit
and a shower room. |

|
Lounge
- The lounge is very spacious and has direct access to the terrace.
There is a 2 and a 3 seater settee, dining table with 4 chairs and a
fire place. There is also an open aspect wall to the kitchen. The
lounge has hot and cold air conditioning, English TV and DVD player. |

Kitchen
- The kitchen is a very spacious room. It is modern and fully
equipped with Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,
toaster, fridge freezer, oven and hob. |

Outdoors
- The private terrace is accessed from the lounge area. There is a
dining table and 4 chairs and here you can enjoy beautiful sea and
garden views. |

Parking
- There is communal parking within Bella Vistas grounds. |
|
|
|
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel
- The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only
unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at
the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including
tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that
clients bring their own towels for this purpose. |

Changeover Days - Changeover days
and your length of stay are completely
flexible (subject to availability). |

numerous world class courses within a 20 minute drive from Bella
Vista. |

- Puerto Duquesa and Sabinillas are within a 10 minute drive. There
you havea superb selection of restaurants, bars, shops and
cafes. |
