Description:Bella Vista in Princesa Kristina, Duquesa is a newly completed resort development with, as the name suggests, beautiful views to the sea. Its elevated position and proximity to the beach makes the views stunning. The development is gated and is centred around a communal pool and gardens. Where you can soak up the Mediterranean sun and cool off in the pool. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is well furnished and spacious. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with open aspect to the lounge. The lounge is an open plan design and benefits from an open fire place, 2 and 3 seater sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. Both bedrooms are spacious twin rooms and the master bedroom is ensuite. The property benefits from hot and cold air conditioning throughout, English TV and DVD player.
There is a good sized terrace and from the apartment terrace you can enjoy a view to the gardens, pool and out to Sea. The terrace is south east facing and you can enjoy stunning sunrises over the Mediterranean.
