Booking Information - Your credit card details will be taken at the time of booking and will be used as a damage deposit. Payment must be made in full to Barrington Holidays at the time of booking by either credit card or bank transfer.

Please note that credit card payments carry a 3.5% surcharge and bank transfers must be received to Barrington Holidays nett of charges.

Accommodation Details

Bedrooms - The master bedroom is a double room with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin room. Both bedrooms benefit from hot and cold air conditioning.
Bathrooms - There is one full family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The other is a shower room.
Lounge - The lounge is an open plan area incorporating the living room and dining room. It is furnished to a vary high standard and has English TV, DVD Player, Plasma TV and direct access to the terrace via double patio doors.
Kitchen - The kitchen is modern an well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board. There is an independant utility room which houses the electric boiler.
Outdoors - The private terrace overlooks the internal gardens and pool area. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.
Parking - There is secure underground parking with lift access to the penthouse.
Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose.
Changeover Days - Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities - Arenal Duquesa is a gated community with superb grounds including lawned garden with sun shades, communal Pool, Padel Tennis and underground parking.
Beach - Sabinillas and Duquesa's Blue Flag beaches are both within a 15 minute easy walk from the Penthouse.
Golf - Duquesa golf is a 15 minute walk from Arenal Duquesa. Finca Cortesin, Doña Julia, Sotogrande, La Cañada. Valderama, La Reserva and Almenara courses are all within a 25 minute drive from the Arenal Duquesa Resort.
Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Arenal Duquesa is mid-way between Puerto de la Duquesa Marina and Sabinillas. Here you are spoiled for choice with dining options, bars and shops. These are all within a 15 - 20 minute walk from the apartment.
Travel - There is easy access by car to the CN340 in both directions. The nearest bus stop and taxi ranks are a 10-15 minute walk away.

Car Hire Car hire is recommended but not essential as all amenities are within a 15 to 20 minute walk from the property.
Children This is a very family friendly resort due to its large swimming pool, gated community, Padel Tennis court, superb gardens and location.
