The development has a large pool area and expansive gardens which overlook the countryside. From the development you can enjoy superb country and sea views. The property enjoys a quiet location that is a short drive to the beach.

| Bedrooms - All bedrooms are a good size and are all twin rooms. The master and 2nd bedroom have the twin beds next to each other. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning and the master bedroom is ensuite. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Bathrooms - There are two family bathrooms that have a bath and overhead shower. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lounge - The lounge is an open plan room and has a 3 seater and 2 seater leather settee and dining table seating 6 people. This room is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and English TV. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Kitchen - The kitchen is modern and has all appliances that you will need including microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and washing machine. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Outdoors - There is a small garden area with a terrace and lawned garden. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Parking - There is a parking space within the secure grounds of Cortijos de Casares that is close to the property. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Cleaning, Maid service, Linen and Towel - The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are not provided and it is essential that clients bring their own towels for this purpose. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Bars and Restaurants & Shops - Within a short drive you have excellent bar and restaurant options including fresh seafood in the Churinguito Beach bars and the finest Spanish cuisine in the traditional Spanish 'Ventas'.
